SHIPPING

Jazzed by HER will ship all orders using USPS for domestic and international orders. 

 

Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of payment for your order to be processed and shipped. Holidays are excluded.

 

Tracking information will be available the day orders are shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. Use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com anytime to track your delivery status.

 

Jazzed by HER does not guarantee delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our shipping center.

RETURNS

Jazzed by HER currently does not offer refunds. Exchanges only! Returned items must be postmarked no later than 7-days from the delivered date. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, unless the order was filled incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable service. 

 

Returns must be in original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), an e-gift card will be issued to the email on file.
